Walz Label & Mailing Systems was founded in 1966 and pioneered the development of an alternative to mechanical weighing and labeling systems. Walz has been accredited to meet ISO and QS Quality specifications since 1998. Walz accreditation can be viewed at WWW.A2LA.org. Walz was one of the first in the country to provide an in-store bar code weigh/label printing system for supermarkets some 40 years ago. This technology has grown and so have the applications.Walz provides integrated weighing and/or bar code solutions for the mailing and shipping industry, manufacturing, warehousing, trucking, education and the health industry. Today, Walz Label & Mailing Systems is the largest  independant label and mailing vendor in the State of Illinois.

Our systems are designed by an experienced staff of engineers and technicians to integrate into the cutomers IT using Radio Frequency (known as RF) technology, intranet and internet connections. Walz products are backed up by a service department second to none.
